Important RBWH Flower Restrictions
RBWH permits flowers and potted plants in many patient areas, but there are important exceptions.
The hospital currently advises that flowers and potted plants are not permitted in Intensive Care, Burns, Haematology and Infectious Diseases, with restrictions also applying to some Neurosurgery patients.
If you don't know which ward the recipient is in, we recommend checking before choosing fresh flowers. A gift or hamper may be a better alternative where flowers are restricted.
