We need the mother's full name and the ward or room number. Maternity stays are short, so if you are not certain she is still admitted, consider sending to the home address instead and we will time it for when she is back. Intensive care and special care nurseries never allow flowers. You do not need to know where in the hospital to send them; our courier handles that.
