Ward-friendly by default
Hospital arrangements need to work in a small space with nobody to look after them. Ours arrive in their own water source, so nursing staff are not asked to find a vase, and we keep them compact enough for a bedside table or a windowsill.
Scent and safety
We keep strongly scented flowers and heavy pollen out of hospital arrangements. Some wards, particularly intensive care, oncology and maternity, restrict fresh flowers altogether. If you are not sure, call the ward before you order and we will build something that suits, or send a gift instead.
What we need from you
The patient's full name and the ward or room, along with the hospital name. Hospitals will not accept a delivery without a name to match, and patients move between wards, so a mobile number for the recipient or a family member helps our courier a great deal.
Timing
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday, or by 11.30am Saturday, for same-day delivery to a hospital. Where a hospital restricts delivery times or requires flowers to go through a central reception, our couriers already know the routine.
