Guaranteed Same Day Delivery

For most areas, we can guarantee that you can send flowers for same day delivery when you place your orders by 2 pm. If this is not possible at all, you will be contacted by our team. Deliveries for Saturday must be placed by 12 noon on the same day. Perfect Petals ensures that all deliveries will reach business addresses by 5:30 pm. For orders to residential addresses, these will be delivered up until 6.30 pm. We ask you to ensure the accuracy of the address details you give us. We do not deliver on Sundays or on public holidays.

When Recipients Are Not Available

If the recipient is not home, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe place. If it is not possible to leave the flowers in a safe place (e.g. apartment buildings) and we cannot contact the recipient, the flowers will be returned to the shop and can be picked up at a suitable time or another delivery fee will be applied if re-delivery is requested. Please note that it is your responsibility to provide the correct address and contact number of the recipient at the time of ordering. We will not be held responsible for flowers not received due to incorrect details given to us.
