How Petal Points work

Petal Points - because every beautiful gesture should give a little something back.

Petal Points is the Perfect Petals loyalty program, created to reward you for choosing us for life's birthdays, celebrations, thank-yous, milestones and just-because moments.

Every time you make an eligible purchase with Perfect Petals, you'll earn 1 Petal Point for every $1 spent. Once you've collected 100 Petal Points, you can redeem them for a $5 reward towards a future eligible purchase.

The more you order, the more your Petal Points grow.

Earning Petal Points

You'll earn 1 Petal Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points are calculated on the eligible purchase amount after discounts and excluding delivery charges, fees and any amount paid using rewards or gift cards.

From time to time, Perfect Petals may also offer bonus Petal Points through special promotions, referrals or other loyalty offers.

Redeeming your points

Once your balance reaches 100 Petal Points, you can redeem 100 points for $5 off an eligible purchase. Rewards can be redeemed in 100-point increments, subject to the available balance in your account.

Petal Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Do Petal Points expire?

Yes. Petal Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned. We recommend using your points regularly so your flowers keep blooming rather than leaving your rewards sitting in the vase.

What about purchases I've already made?

Petal Points has been running since 29 April 2025, and points accrue on eligible purchases made from that date. Purchases made before then are not eligible for retrospective points. If you were already a Perfect Petals customer when the program started, you earn on the same terms as every other member.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

If an order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed, any Petal Points earned from that purchase may also be removed from your balance. If points earned from an order have already been redeemed, Perfect Petals may adjust the member's points balance accordingly.

Monthly rewards and bonus offers

Being part of Petal Points may also give you access to monthly prizes, bonus-point promotions and special member offers. Individual promotions may have their own eligibility dates, conditions and prize terms.

Referral rewards

Perfect Petals may award extra Petal Points for eligible customer referrals. Referral offers, qualifying actions and bonus amounts may vary and will be explained when each referral offer is made.

A few important details

Petal Points are intended for individual customer loyalty accounts and are not transferable between customers unless Perfect Petals expressly permits it. Points cannot be sold, transferred for cash or combined across separate accounts. Perfect Petals may correct a points balance where points have been credited or deducted in error.

Perfect Petals may amend or discontinue the Petal Points program, including earn rates, redemption values, expiry periods and promotional offers. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting existing points will be communicated to members.
