No two floral arrangements are ever exactly the same, each exquisitely unique.  If you have any questions or concerns about any particular types of flowers, it is best to let us know.  As there are so many flowers available to us, we cannot know about particular likes or dislikes unless you clearly state this at the time of ordering.  We cannot refund for a change of mind or dissatisfaction due to the types of flowers used.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our flowers and workmanship.

If there is an issue with the quality of the flowers received, we do require a clear image with your concern within 24hrs of receiving them emailed directly to contact@perfectpetals.com.au. We will assess each concern on a case-by-case basis.

Where you need to cancel an order within 48hrs of the delivery date, we will issue a credit note for you to use at your convenience.  Please note that any refunds will be directed back to the original card used for the transaction.
