One golden rule to ensure your corporate gift is memorable this Christmas

Business is all about creating and building relationships with your clients. When you show a genuine intention to invest in the relationship, the law of reciprocity says, they'll do the same in their own way. We always go above and beyond for someone we like and feel appreciated by, whether that may be a referral to a friend or loyalty to your brand again for another year.

When contemplating gifts for Christmas, there is only one thing we'd like you to consider...

personalising a gift speaks volumes about the thoughtfulness of your gesture.

Nothing says bought in bulk and I didn't put any thought into this than a generic food hamper. There is always room for gourmet treats on a Christmas table but by putting just one small item in there that represents who they are and what they like, will make it memorable. I'm talking about the client that is a green thumb, and there in her hamper is a living gift to add to her collection. Or the gent that has told you off the cuff one day about his love of a good red. A bottle in his hamper shows that you've listened. It means so much to us as humans to feel heard. It makes us feel special, and when we feel that feeling, we take note of who it was and how we got this rush of emotion.
