Shout Hallelujiah, come on, get HAPPY!

“Happiness is neither a frivolity nor a luxury. It is a deep-seated yearning shared by all members of the human family”. This day, founded by the United Nations in 2012 urges us all, as one family, to do just two things –to choose happiness and to share happiness.

We are incredibly lucky here at Perfect Petals to witness so many joyous moments every day. We are florists who share in an abundance of wonderfully happy occasions through the supreme beauty of nature. These gorgeous blooms also nourish and console when life becomes difficult. We see the genuine kindness of people in their gestures of love and support every day and truly believe that happiness is all around us.

If you’ve not ever seen the pure delight that floods a person’s face when they receive flowers, I must say, it is a sight to behold.

Like a pebble being thrown into a pond, our pledge for International Happiness Day is to choose and share our happiness with the world.

Who can you think of that deserves your random act of kindness, a dose of sunshine on this special day?
